Managing Partner
John Pavia began his career as an attorney, quickly becoming Partner of his law firm Levy & Droney, before pivoting towards private equity and venture capital. Over the last 25+ years, John has led and invested in several venture capital- and private equity-backed companies, including scale-ups, corporate turnarounds, and various M&A activities. Most recently, John served as the Managing Partner of LogicSource, a Bain Capital Ventures firm. John currently Chairs the Investment Committee of the State of Connecticut's largest public venture capital fund, Connecticut Innovations. Over the last 15 years, the fund has grown from $50 million to over $500 million in assets under management.

Francesco Ricigliano is a business development expert specialized in US market entry for Italian companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. Prior to joining Siena Lane Partners, Francesco worked for Advance Connecticut, the State’s economic development organization, where he was responsible for attracting businesses and facilitating their investments in Connecticut. Through the years, Francesco has assisted the operational establishment and growth of dozens of companies in the US, both foreign and domestic. Francesco was born in Italy and has lived half of his life there, and half in the US, giving him a unique and deep understanding of both cultures, economies, and business environments.
